At 14h20 a KNI Member from de Villiers Ave called the KNI Control Room and reported a black male looking very suspicious, wearing blue jeans, red and blue overalls. KNI Armed Response responded and found the described male at the top of de Villiers Ave and he was intoxicated. KNI Armed Response requested him to leave the area. He was followed until he was out of the area.
