At 20:31 a KNI Member from Soshanna Rd contacted the KNI Control Room and reported a suspicious blue Conquest, (registration number noted), with 3 black males driving around. KNI Armed Response was informed and they patrolled the area, they did not find the vehicle.
28 Aug 10 Alison Rd
At 16:25 a KNI Member from Alison Rd reported to the KNI Control Room a suspicious grey Audi with black sprayed number plates in Dawn Street. KNI Armed Response reported that they are aware of the car and it is a husband and wife selling koeksisters and samosas.
28 Aug 10 Bulawayo Ave
At 12:02 KNI Armed Response reported a driveway gate in Bulawayo Ave standing open. The KNI Member was contacted via the KNI Control Room and he said will close it,. The KNI Member was thankful.
28 Aug 10 Kenridge Center
At 13:50 KNI Armed Response reported to the KNI Control Room that while he was at the Kenridge Center he heard tyres screeching and saw a Colt double cab bakkie, silver at the bottom with a blue body, two coloured males in the bakkie, registration number CA 34061 racing away. The KNI Armed Response Officer saw a lady lying on the ground and went to investigate, The KNI Officer was told by the bystanders that the lady was robbed of her handbag. KNI Control Room informed Constable Sebo from Durbanville Police and who said they will send a van to investigate. KNI Armed Response searched the area looking for the bakkie which was nowhere to be found. The Police informed KNI Control Room that the bakkie with the mentioned description had been reported stolen and the registration number belongs to a Volkswagen Golf. The victim, (name given) said that in her handbag was R500, a drivers license, her ID book and credit cards.

A Non Member's home was broken into. A firearm and a computer were stolen. A door was forced open.
27 Aug 10 Hillrise Cr
A Non Member's home was broken into. Jewelry and a cell phone were stolen to the value of R15 000. A window was removed.
27 Aug 10 van Riebeeckhof St
A NON Member's home was broken into and cash was stolen. A door was forced open.

A Non Member's home was broken into. A laptop and computer were stolen. A window was forced open.
26 Aug 10 Alison Rd
At 07:45 a KNI Member from Alison Rd called the KNI Control Room and requested KNI Armed Response to remove vagrants who are scratching in bins and making a big mess in the road. KNI Armed Response were informed and approached the vagrants and instructed them to put the rubbish back into the bins and leave the area.
26 Aug 10 Kenridge Ave
At 12:08 a KNI Member from Kenridge Ave reported to the KNI Control Room, a black male wearing blue jeans and hoodie top, standing on the corner of van Riebeeck and Kenridge Ave's, staring at houses. KNI Armed Response was dispatched and found no sign of the male as described in the area.
