10 Jul 10 De Villiers Ave
At 12:33 a NON KNI Member in De Villiers Ave reported to the KNI Control Centre of a positive break in at her neighbours (A NON KNI Member) also in De Villiers Ave. The burglar bars were forced open and computers were stolen. ADT was on scene as they are ADT clients.
10 Jul 10 Heather Lane
At 20:04 a KNI Member from Heather Lane phoned the KNI Control Room and reported he had heard gun shots from the back of his house. KNI Armed Response were dispatched and at 20:06 KNI Armed Response reported as he came around the corner in Soshanna Rd an alarm was activated at a house in Soshanna Rd and he saw flashes of lightning between houses in Soshanna Rd. KNI Control Room made contact with SAPS and informed Constable Fourie who confirmed that they had received reports of gunshots as well and a police vehicle is en route to investigate. KNI Armed Response conducted thorough patrols and found no irregularities.
10 Jul 10 Nemesia St
At 18:42 a KNI Member from Kuiperskraal Rd reported to the KNI Control Room that at his other house in Nemesia Street there is a man undressing himself in front of the house. KNI Armed Response were dispatched and on arrival KNI Armed Response had a visual of the male and confirmed the gentlemen is not undressing, but he was told to leave the area.

08 Jul 10 Woolf St
At 22:54 a KNI Member from Woolf Street reported to the KNI Control Room of two suspicious males in Woolf Street. KNI Armed Response was dispatched and on arrival no sign of the two males. Patrols were conducted.
07 Jul 10 Alf St
A Non KNI Members home was broken into. A window was pushed in and shoes were stolen.
07 Jul 10 Alison Rd
At 12:11 a KNI Member from Alison Rd was informed via sms of an AC Loss at her premises. The KNI Member contacted the KNI Control Room immediately and requested that KNI Armed Response to inspect her property. KNI Armed Response was dispatched at 12:16 and on arrival KNI Armed Response reported two males running from the property in the direction of Durban Road toward Bellville. Constable Carlos from Durbanville Police was informed and dispatched a vehicle. The KNI Member was informed of the attempted break in.
07 Jul 10 De Bron Ave
At 12:54 a KNI Member from De Bron Ave phoned the KNI Control Room and reported a black male wondering the streets, carrying a huge black, red and white checked bag. KNI Armed Response was dispatched and reported no suspicious person in the vicinity at 13:53. KNI Armed Response patrolled the area and reported that he had found the male matching the description and he is dropping off pamphlets, KNI Armed Response will monitor him. At 14:33 KNI Armed Response reported that the male is leaving the area in the direction of Bellville.
07 Jul 10 De Bron Ave
At 13:05 KNI Armed Response patrolled the area and saw an ADT vehicle at a house in De Bron Ave, which is an ADT client. ADT Officer Koopman informed the KNI Armed Response that there was a positive break in. The suspects cut the power and burglary signals came through to ADT.
07 Jul 10 Heather Lane
At 15:43 KNI Armed Response patrolled the area and a NON KNI Member from Heather Lane stopped him and reported a positive break in that took place at her neighbours home, which is monitored by ADT (Non KNI Member) The KNI Control Room operator contacted ADT and informed ADT Control Room operator Gus. KNI Control Room operator contacted the police and informed Constable Gertse of the situation. ADT did not arrive as apparently the client had canceled, therefore no signals were received.
