16 Jun 10 Ongegund St
At 16h11 a KNI Member from Ongegund St contacted the KNI Control Room and reported a suspicious Mercedes: MOKHINEWP, cruising slowly in the area of De Bron. KNI Armed Response were informed and asked to be on the lookout for the vehicle.
15 Jun 10 cnr Tygervalley and Van Riebeeck Ave
At 19h18 KNI Armed Response reported to the KNI Control Room about a motor vehicle accident on the c/o Tygervalley & van Riebeeck Ave, between a white Nissan Sentra and a green Toyota Conquest. The driver of the white Nissan Sentra was taken away by police. No one was injured in the accident. Constables Marais & Somdaka was on the scene of the accident.
15 Jun 10 Kenridge Ave
At 12h28 An unidentified gentleman called the KNI Control Room and reported that there are two suspicious men wandering the streets of Kenridge and De Villiers Ave. KNI Armed Response responded at 12h29 and reported at 12h45. He had found the men in Kenridge Ave; they reside in Walacedine, Kraaifontein. Mr Yanda had a blue jacket, blue jeans and a beanie on, Mr Bongani was wearing a blue jeans, white and grey jacked & blue cap. They were searched and found nothing irregular on them. They were asked politely to remove themselves from the area. KNI Armed Response followed them until they had left the area.
15 Jun 10 Kenridge Ave
At 16h22 a KNI Member in Kenridge Ave contacted the KNI Control Room and reported that a dark skinned male wearing blueish clothing, opened her front small gate, then walked down the street. KNI Armed Response responded and reported back at 16h34. He had searched the surrounding streets and could not find a man which fitted the description. KNI Armed Response will keep on patrolling.
15 Jun 10 Kenridge Ave
At 17h10 a KNI Member from Kenridge Ave called the KNI Control Room and reported a suspicious coloured male, loitered in front of her yard and then walked towards Tafelberg and Kenridge Ave. He was wearing a mustard colour cap, black shirt and grey pants. KNI Armed Response responded at 17h11 and reported back at 17h17. He had found the man near Fairmont High School and he was asked to leave the area.
15 Jun 10 Schabort Cres
At 09h37 a KNI Member in Schabort Cres called the KNI Control Room and reported that his domestic's boyfriend is causing trouble at the house. KNI Armed Response responded at 09h38 and reported back at 09h42. He had found the man in Kenridge Ave and asked him to leave the area. The KNI Member received feedback. KNI Armed Response will keep on doing patrols to make sure he did not return.

13 Jun 10 Phesantekraal St
At 03h08 KNI Armed Response was doing patrols in Phesantekraal St, he found a black lady sitting on the pavement, crying. When he asked if all was ok, the lady reported that the man in the white Nissan 1400 bakkie (number plate given), that just had driven away, tried to rape her. SAPD Constable Murphy was informed and KNI Armed Response drove off to follow the bakkie. The bakkie then went onto Tygerbergvalley Road, and unfortunately the KNI Armed Response had to turn around, as it was out of the Kenridge Neighbourhood area. Constable Murphy was then informed about the situation.
13 Jun 10 Tafelberg Ave
At 13h38 KNI Armed Response reported that there was a motor vehicle accident in Tafelberg Ave. The two parties involved exchanged details.
12 Jun 10 Denhume St
At 21h40 KNI Armed Response, whilst doing patrols, found a white Opel Monza with 5 suspicious male occupants inside, in Denhume St. Constable Matheki was informed at Durbanville Police station.
