21 May 10 Kenridge Shopping Centre
At 20:35 KNI Armed Response reported a suspicious blue golf with 6 black males in the parking area of the Kenridge Shopping Centre, registration number CY 23310. Durbanville Police were dispatched and on arrival they approached the men and who apparently had car trouble. All was in order. KNI Armed Response monitored the situation.
21 May 10 Van Riebeeck Ave
At 18:40 a KNI Member from Woolf St contacted the KNI Control Room and reported a silver Corsa in Van Riebeeck Ave, flashing head lights and the car had no registration plates. The description given of the driver was: a white male in his early 20s, brown hair, well built. Durbanville Police were informed and KNI Armed Response were dispatched. On arrival the silver Corsa was no where in the vicinity and patrols were conducted in search of the vehicle.
20 May 10 Irene Cl
At 13:15 a KNI Member from Irene Close contacted the KNI Control Room and requested an KNI Armed Response escort, as she had arrived home to find her driveway gate open. KNI Armed Response was dispatched and checked the premises with the KNI client. All was found in order.
20 May 10 Vrymansfontein Rd
At 11:25 a KNI Member from Meerendal Rd contacted the KNI Control Room and reported that while she was at the park with her daughter in Vrymansfontein Rd, she saw a black man wearing a blue checked shirt and jeans. He spoke to her in English and it seemed he was checking out the houses in the Road. KNI Armed Response were dispatched and on arrival they spoke to the male and who said he is working at a house in Vrymansfontein Rd. KNI Armed Response spoke to the owner of the house that the male said he was working at in Vrymansfontein Rd and he confirmed all is in order.

At 20:25 KNI Armed Response patrolled the area and found driveway gates open at a KNI Member's home in De Bron Ave. The KNI Control Room contacted the owner and left a message on voicemail at 20:30. The KNI Member arrived home and all was in order.
16 May 10 Hoogekraal Rd
At 12:51 a KNI Member from Hoogekraal Rd contacted the KNI Control Room and reported a suspicious black male staring at his house and had been for some time. KNI Armed Response was dispatched and on arrival spoke to the male who said he was working at a house in Vrymonsfontein Rd. KNI Armed Response confirmed this and all was in order.
15 May 10 Tulbagh Ave
At 17:26 a KNI Member from Tulbagh Ave contacted the KNI Control Room and reported a white vehicle, with three occupants, parked outside their house for some time. The daughter contacted him to report the suspicious vehicle, and he in turn contacted the KNI Control Room. KNI Armed Response was dispatched and on arrival KNI Armed Response reported that there was no suspicious vehicle parked, or near, the KNI Member's residence. KNI Armed Response conducted patrols in the area.
