26 Apr 10 Kenridge Ave
At 10:57 a KNI Member from Kenridge Avenue contacted the KNI Control Centre and reported two black males sitting on the corner of De Villiers and van Riebeeck Ave's, opposite the field, wearing blue tops. KNI Armed Response were dispatched and on arrival spoke to the males and found that they were busy repainting the street names. The KNI Member was informed.
25 Apr 10 De Villiers Ave
At 12:08 KNI Armed Response informed the KNI Control Room that he had found a black male, wearing a white top, blue jeans and black cap, named Marco, walking in De Villiers Ave, looking for work. He also said he is en route to visit a friend in Durbanville. He was asked to leave the area.
24 Apr 10 Bulawayp Ave
At 08:27 a KNI Member from Bulawayo Ave contacted the KNI Control Room and reported a suspicious male, wearing a green hat, red top and white takkies, walking in De Villiers Ave in the direction of Bellville. KNI Armed Response responded and reported at 08:39 that the man was at the 7/11, waiting for his lift.
24 Apr 10 De Villiers Ave
At 17:00 KNI Armed Response reported to the KNI Control Room that a KNI Member had informed him that people are jumping over a wall at a house in De Villiers Ave. The KNI Member requested that the KNI Armed Response investigate. When the KNI Armed Response investigated they found no sign of forced entry. No sign of the people.
24 Apr 10 Hofmeyer Ave
At 03:30 KNI Armed Response contacted the KNI Control Room and reported a burst water pipe in Hofmeyer Ave. Disaster Management were informed and they will send a team to fix the pipe.
24 Apr 10 Tafelberg Ave
At 13:10 a KNI Member from Tafelberg Ave phoned the KNI Control Room and said a man opposite the 7/11, wearing a yellow shirt, is selling stuff out of his back pack. KNI Armed Response responded and on arrival KNI Armed Response spoke to the male, Solomons, and searched his back pack. There were no irregularities found.
23 Apr 10 Bulawayo Ave
At 23:40 KNI Armed Response contacted the KNI Control Room and reported that a security gate was open at a KNI Members home in Bulawayo Ave. KNI Armed Response checked the premises and found all was in order. At 23:50 KNI Armed Response reported that two cars were on the premises and the gate was closed.
23 Apr 10 De Villiers Ave
At 13:23 a KNI Member from De Villiers Ave contacted the KNI Control Room and reported the same four males mentioned earlier, knocking on a door in De Bron Ave. The KNI Member was informed that the four males were looking for work and they are going to be escorted out of the area.

At 15:00 a NON Member living in De Villiers Ave, contacted the KNI Control Room, and requested KNI Armed Response as he said two black males came knocking at his door with a donation list. The one male was wearing a maroon shirt and a white pullover and the other male was wearing a blue shirt and black pullover. He said the two males were basically staring inside his house and did not show much interest in the donation list, and it looked faked. KNI Armed Response were dispatched. KNI Armed Response approached the males and they said they are volunteers working for a non-profit organisation and were collecting clothes and food for under privileged children. KNI Armed Response gave the reference number : FRN01700310079734, that is on the donation letter, stamped by Police Commissioner Matheha, to the KNI Control Room.
23 Apr 10 Diemersdal St
At 15:36 KNI Armed Response reported a green BMW parked at a stop street in Diemersdal St. The KNI Control Room contacted the Law Enforcement and informed Officer Blanche. A van will be sent.
