25 Oct 09 Kenridge Close
At 02h06 a KNI Member from Kenridge Close contacted the Control Center and reported that there were people in the street that were making a noise (exceptionally loud!). KNI Armed Response Officers responded at 02h06 and reported back at 02h08 that there was a man and a woman that were in the street, and as the KNI Officers approached the people, they got in the car and left. They left the Kenridge area.
24 Oct 09 Bulawayo Ave
At 13h30 a KNI Armed Response Officer reported an open garage door in Bulawayo Ave. The KNI Member was informed of their open garage door.
22 Oct 09 Bulawayo Ave
At 23h20 a KNI Member from Bulawayo Ave reported to a KNI Officer that his daughter's vehicle was stolen in front of the house. It is a green Jumbo Golf CFR 77046. SAPS were also informed.
20 Oct 09 Hillside Ave
At 11h55 a KNI Member from Hillside Ave contacted the control center and reported a suspicious white bakkie with 3 coloured men, driving slowly in Mildred Ave looking at all the houses. KNI Armed Response Officer responded at 11h56 and reported back at 12h13 that the suspicious vehicle above was escorted out of the area.
16 Oct 09 Glen Way
At 23h50 KNI Armed Response Officer reported an open garage door in Glen way. The KNI Member was contacted on his cellphone, but went over to voicemail. At 23H58 KNI Armed Reponse reported that a member of the household had closed the garage door and everything was in order.
15 Oct 09 Kenridge Ave
At 10h59 a KNI Member from Kenridge Ave contacted the Control Center and reported a suspicious green Golf with 3 coloured men inside. KNI Armed Response Officers responded at 10h01 and reported back at 10h05 that he did not see the green Golf, but will keep on patrolling in the surrounding area.
14 Oct 09 Diemersdal Rd
At 15h30 KNI Armed Response Officer reported that there was an open garage door in Diemersdal Rd and that there is a white Tazz in the garage as well as bicycles. The Control Centre tried the home number at 15h31, but no reply. The KNI Member was contacted on her cell phone at 15h32 and the KNI Member replied that she is currently with her child at the Dr's, but will call her husband and sort it out. The KNI Member came home with his dog at 15h38 and the client confirmed all in order.
14 Oct 09 Onrust Ave
At 18h20 a KNI Member from Onrust Ave contacted the Control Center and reported that there was a positive break-in at his house and asked for KNI Armed Response Officers to do patrols for a few nights. KNI Armed Response Officers were informed at 18h25.
14 Oct 09 Upper Kenridge Ave
At 10h54 a KNI Member from Upper Kenridge Ave called in and reported an old shaped white Toyota bakkie with canopy is parked outside her house, and currently two coloured men are sitting inside the bakkie and one is entering properties. The KNI Member said that her domestic is alone at home and very scared. KNI Armed Response Officers responded at 10h55 and reported back at 10h58. They are rubble removers and their bakkie is full of bags. THe KNI Member was given feedback at 11h05 and thanked us for the feedback and service.
14 Oct 09 Upper Kenridge Ave
At 18h50 a Kni Member from Upper Kenridge Ave contacted the Control Center and reported a suspicious Taxi driving up and down in De Villiers. KNI Armed Response Officers responded and arrived at 18h53 in the street. KNI Armed Response Officer reported back at 18h59. The taxi, CY 106736 is parked on the C/o De Villiers and Umtali Str, the back windows is open and no one in sight. KNI Armed Response Officer then gave feedback to client and SAPS Const. Magabana was informed of suspicious taxi.
