At 11h25 a KNI Member from Kenridge Ave contacted the KNI Control Room to say that he is responding to a phone call from a friend, that his friends house alarm has been activated (currently being monitored by Basset), but no armed response yet from the company. KNI Armed Response responded and arrived at 11h27. At 11h46 KNI Armed Response spoke to the KNI Member on site and had done a full perimeter check and found no sign of forced entry, but found the back door wide open, no sign forced entry. The KNI Member made contact with his friend who confirmed they had forgotten to lock the back door.
