White male brown hair youngish well built exposed himself to my daughter and 2 friends.Friday 21 May at 18h30. This man operates in the area and is known as the 'Toti man He was driving a Silver Opel Corsa with no front number plate. Please be on the lookout as he has been seen on a number of occasions in the area.'
